Christmas~Mostly

HI, 
Hopefully it will get easier and less confusing to get onto the blog.
Our Christmas play is in few days, 6 to be exact. I am getting hyper just thinking about that. I am John Francis Wade, I'm a boy.
Mama is coming in a week,next Friday(20), Uncle Thomas, Aunt Carolyn, and Baby Simon are coming the next day. We are excitedly waiting for them to come.
We have our Christmas tree (breakables up high:)) (like we used to do)  and lights up, I even have some on my bed!
There have been celebrations at the church (I don't know what they are for), there is one going on right now. I can hear the music right now. From all the way up here! 
Every other Friday youth group is today.
Mom is getting ready for half day of prayer.

Fun!!!

Hi,
I still haven't figured out how to get here and have to ask Mom for help.
During school I wrote a poem about a 90 year old man. Here it is:

                                  I'm a 90 year old man.
                                  I'm as educated as a pan.
                                  90 is an incredible year to live.
                                  I've got extra years to live.

                                 I fought in WWII.
                                 I've heard many cannons say boom.
                                 I  have 30 girls,
                                 All my girls had curls.


                                 Many people say I'm Si,
                                That just makes me want to cry.
                                I used to play the banjo.
                                They said I had a big ego.

   
                               My name is a mystery,
                                As mysterious as history.
                               I'm as blind as a bat,
                                Just like my 40 year old cat.

Si is a character off of Duck Dynasty, he is the guy that is always saying,"Hey," or "Jack." he always has some tea with him.
There is a large tree here that has a bit of a slant we like to run up it, run up really high. Fun!!!
Tomorrow is Prayer Meeting. It is where all of the OMS missionaries get together and have Bible time. The kids play nicely together.
Science is easy because I remember some of what we did last year. I am a month and a week ahead. We do science on the computer.
I am in 7th grade and I am dong 8th grade math and it has been easy so far. We have had 21 days of school and less than that of doing math and we have done 53 lessons. Maybe we will do 9th grade math, too. 8th and up does math on the computer.
I am enjoying school more this year.

Goings on in Tennessee

Hi,
Sorry I haven't written... I don't know how to get here. I have to get Mom to help me.
We are in Tennessee with a grandma, uncle, aunt, and three cousins.
Kristina is cracking up about I don't know what. She's about to hit the wall. It is a funny stage of tiredness before she hits the wall to crabbiness.
While on the phone, one of the others asked Daddy,"How were the meetings"?
Brianna,"Boring"?
Dad, "That's why they call them "bored" meetings".
Yesterday we went to the lake. They were using floating pipes as a buoy and they didn't have any gaps. We walked on the pipe which was in a half circle. I could walk all the way with out falling in the water until you couldn't walk any more because of bushes. Because I hold out my arms for balance my arms were hurting by the time that we left.
We are leaving for Liki Tiki Village in Florida where we will be biking, swimming, miniature golfing, and going to Sea World.

Alanna is reading Kristina a book. 
It is pretty hard to type in the dark.
Alanna's favorite color is purple.
Kristina's favorite color is pink.
Jake's favorite color is green.
I like bright colors.

 Hey everyone,
The pups are growing, they have to leave soon, we are keeping Ti Belle, the pup that looks like Bella. School is OK.
We are all okay.
 I have been reading the books that Jake checks out of the Library. Mostly Hardy Boys.
 We have been building an MK fort. Don't tell the Sam, Hannah, and Sarah Gross. We are letting them find it or we will make arrows for them to follow.
I wonder what will happen to Nathan when we go to retreat.
I think it is funny that we call it retreat, because it is like we are retreating from our duties.
I told that to mom and she laughed.
 I aced the spelling pretest, so I don't have to take the regular test instead I get to have free time. Yay!
 Ti Belle- the brown one that looks like Bella, Jamie- the only black is on her tail, Isabella- the one with a white hook on her neck, Barka-her name fits she barks the most she has a scrape on her back, and Bubba the identical one of Barka:
A girl or woman named Robyn took a few pictures of us and the puppies. They were the best we have ever had.

We've been busy and I've finally figured out how to study for the history and science tests.  

We have two days of"vacation"still have to do school work,but hey at least get to work at our own pace. Don't know how fast that will be with two little kids, or yahoos on our hands. 

I wonder if we can "camp-out" on our living room like we did for Christmas. :) 

Kristina is "starving".  Rolling my eyes. Dad says I am a champ at that. 

I'm going to get a new swimming suit that is green and blue and machine washable. So it says. It is a Speedo.  I like it. A bit boyish and girlish at the same time. That is what I am. 

Rats, Cats. We don't need the first one, but the second one we do. Rats seem so insistant that we need them.  Since someone stole Prince Shaun rats have been coming to our house. So if you are planning to stay at our house I hope you like rats. I wonder what they taste like. Eew! Bon Appetite! I'll pass!

Stuff 'n' more stuff

        I got some corkscrew ribbon and some clips last week for Bows for Radios. Along with some cushions for our couch (sofa). It is comfortable. I am reading over 160 pages a day.  Jake and Ferlando and Alanna are watching Jock the Hero Dog.  Mom and I have been working on bows.

 I have started sixth grade now. Even the online History and Science. I finished the placement test. Christlie is a new girl at school. She is athetic, but she likes basketball I don't. I like soccer she doesn't. The boys have been playing basketball lately for some reason.

Florida Family Fun

Waterslide at Home

WE kids had been talking about going to a waterpark this summer -- we ended up having just as much fun at someone's house!  They had a homemade waterslide that went into a lake - it was a LOT faster than it looks! They also had another slide on a houseboat that we got to slide off of. And that wasn't all - we also got to go tubing -- behind a motorboat!  It was awesome!  We had a wonderful day!

And, because we had so much fun doing this...we opted NOT to go pay money for a waterpark during our family time here in Florida...instead we rented bikes....and have had LOTS of fun riding around together!  pics of more family fun to come later.

Locks for Love

Alanna, mom and I all got our hair cut for Locks for Love.  I want to grow mine out and do it again.  I am not sure about the others.

Hi,
We might be getting our hair cut for Locks of Love. I want my hair in bangs and layered.
 We had a surprise party for Aunt Randa. We had ice cream cake. When I  got my piece and started eating, it melted. We had a late night last night.
   We will go to Tennessee on the 17th. 7 hours of traveling.
 Over the weekend, Daddy preached at a church in St. Louis. We spend the night with Daddy's cousins family.  We went to the zoo with them.  We went through a seal tunnel - we could see water all around us. On Tuesday, we swam at the Aquatic center and went to Pizza Man with the Byars family. It was a bunch of fun. I got Brooklyn to go on the diving boards ( high and low dive). Went down the Green Scream.  Went on the sharks and rafts. Got dumped on. Just swam. Sat at the bottom of the pool at 9 feet.

What's up

Hi,
 We are in Illionis now. When we were in Indiana we had a fun time with the Chandlers. We met some friends that are from Astralia.Their mom is from Hong Kong. We caught  fireflies it was their first time catching fireflies and we went wild when we saw a firefly. On Friday Alanna and I ate lunch with the Chandler girls {Lydia, Trisha, and  Kylie}.
   We had a fun time in South Carolina Mom and Dad had some meetings there. The folks there had some sand toys and goggles and body boards which we have never done before. So we had a fun time there.
  Yesterday  Dad preached at four church serveces. Alanna and I sang at Mama's church  (Mom did to). We Played with the Dices we had fun.

Just About Everything

Hi,
   We have a new pet chick.  We can't tell if it's gender yet.  Its name is Blacky, because it is black. It wasn't  from any of our hens, but its momma had other chickies and that one had a hurt leg so we took it in.
   I have made more bows even though the case that holds them is full. I am making them to take to the
States (short for United States).
     Here we come summer fun! School is out! No more class clowns!
     We are going to the States today. In Haiti I think there is a song that has MFI in it. We are going on MFI! Yumm.
     The first time Kristina went on a plane and she could talk. She said the plane was going to fall. So we  flapped our "wings" like a bird. We have done that every time  for take off since then.
       We are leaving at 11:30 I think.

goin' just fine

   Everything is going fine. 5th  and 4th grade has computers now. Next year I will be in a 7star program. Which is on a computer.
   Reading is good. I finish 3 books in a weekend. I like history fiction and The Cooper Kids Adventures.

Too Bad And Awesome

         Mimi's visit was cut short when Pa died. Pa died on Sunday, May 6, 2012, two days before his birthday.  Mimi left on Monday.
         Yesterday we went to the beach. it is called ChouChou bay (shoushou is how it is pronounced). It was  was a beautiful sunshiny day - until we left.  It poured on the way home.  Just before we left, Daddy bought some fish and a lobster from a fisherman that was just coming in. At the beach we found a spot that was shady but mostly sunny. The rocks  were a few feet out. It was calm until afternoon came. Then waves were pretty good sized.We found a few sandy spots in the rocky area. We went for a walk. We found a spot where we the water to my chest without any rocks and it went farther than that. But I turned around. We had lots and lots of fun.
          Today we went to Olen's and Edrice's houses  to see their babies. We gave them some gifts for the babies. Then we went to Gladice's house and she showed us her pig which had piglets.  We gave the pig some  mangoes. The piglets had bristly hair. there are 7 piglets, 2  brown and black striped and 5 black ones. I told Dad that could be the next animal we take in. We saw Junior while we were visiting the pigs.
         A guy that vaccinated the goats doesn't think Ashes is pregnet.

      I don't know if I posted about the fish\tadpoles'. The pool is
shaped like a peace-sign.
      Mimi is safely here. We might go to the beach tomorrow.
      School is going well.

        We have a new car.  It is white. Mommy was hoping for a different color.  But she likes it anyway it has pretty cool tail lights. It is leather on the inside.(you do not get to pick  a color here.)
          We have some talopia and have been catching tadpoles bare handed. 
         We are all fine and dandy.

Stuff

It's raining now, but it was hot and humid all .It's just a little sprinkle. Windy, too. It'll  probably blow over. 
 The puppy had its first bath(that we know of).  She was filthy.
    Yahoo! Here comes Easter Break.Two more days of school.
    I think any day Ashes could have her little kid(s).Dad guesses April 15th.

Bad News...Good News

Snow ears (our baby goat) died this morning.

     This afternoon we got a new puppy. She is half boxer and half whatever. She is really what we call cute. Her name is Bella.

    Some of the team that is here now wants to buy some Bows for Radios. It is going well. Whoever comes in to visit us might want to bring some ribbon.

     Bella likes Miss Priss (our cat, Princess Shannon) but Princess does not like  her.

 Tomorrow I  am going to a church with dad and the team.  We leave at 6 in the morning and wont be back until 6 tomorrow night.
